TFM: The First Men is a strategy simulation enriched with character-driven base building, party-based exploration, and tactical real-time with pause combat. Inspired by the creation stories, Knights and Merchants and Rimworld. A modern character-focused approach to old-school base-building fun. Develop your region and tend to your settlement’s needs with the help of various paths, constructions, relations, traditions, and bragging rights. Whip your characters into shape with infinitely varied possibilities that will echo for generations. Body, Mind, Heart, Soul, and Self attributes with hundreds of traits and skills offer rich and enormously diverse character progression. Choosing the right character to take the right path is the most important part – as they can be the doom or the boon to your future! Team up your characters as you lead multiple parties in a roleplaying game – discover a living, breathing, and ever-changing world full of wonder that rewards exploration as you traverse, interact and learn more about the multitude of races, authentic cultures, mythical creatures, and special characters you will encounter during your adventures. Installation Instructions
- Click the green button below to be redirected to UploadHaven.com.
- Wait 15 seconds, then click on the “free download” button. Allow the file transfer to complete (note that speeds may be slower with the free plan; upgrading to UploadHaven Pro will increase speeds).
- Once the transfer is complete, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to TFM: The First Men” (To do this you must have 7-Zip, which you can get here).
- Open the folder that you just extracted and run the game as administrator.
- Enjoy the game! If you encounter any missing DLL errors, check the Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all necessary programs.

🛠 Easy Setup Guide
- Check for missing DLL files: Navigate to the
_Redistor_CommonRedistfolder in the game directory and install DirectX, Vcredist, and other dependencies. - Use 7-Zip to extract files: If you receive a “file corrupted” error, re-download and extract again.
- Run as Administrator: Right-click the game’s executable file and select “Run as Administrator” to avoid save issues.
