Albatroz is a backpacking adventure RPG that will take you through majestic landscapes in search of your lost sibling. A tale about knowing when to let go and start over. Join Isla as she embarks on a journey through “The Forbidden Lands,” a breathtaking and otherworldly realm where two worlds converge. Isla, trapped in a numbing monotonous routine, is on a quest to discover the one true connection left in her life: her missing brother, who mysteriously disappeared while searching for the mythical Albatroz Mountain, known to the ancient inhabitants of these lands as “the walking mountain.” Albatroz immerses players in a thrilling fantasy expedition set in stunning landscapes, ranging from scorching coastal regions to freezing mountains, with secrets to unearth and strange occurrences beyond imagination. Adding to the enchanting experience is its beautiful and timeless music that sets the tone for the epic and magical adventure. As you hike or drive through the wilderness, you will come across various villages in Albatroz. Players can visit these villages, meet their people, and learn about their culture. Villages are also excellent places to plan the next step in your journey, talking with NPCs who can give you clues of what lies ahead and even give you valuable items and special equipment. Exploring these beautiful yet challenging landscapes in Albatroz can make you pass out if you lack the necessary supplies, so be sure to gather them whenever you get a chance. As you progress, these demanding environments will get increasingly more challenging, requiring you to employ thoughtful management of resources by considering the items you carry, using them efficiently and only when necessary, and stocking up new items before they run out.

Installation Instructions

- Once the transfer is complete, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to Albatroz” (To do this you must have 7-Zip, which you can get here).
- Open the folder that you just extracted and run the game as administrator.
- Enjoy the game! If you encounter any missing DLL errors, check the Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all necessary programs.
