Game Overview
Welcome to the late ’90s. Pavilion City is consumed by corruption and violence. There are three warring factions trying to take control. The anarchic hooligans, the devious guerrillas and the far-right legion. Everybody seems to want you dead. With your friends lost in the chaos, it’s now up to you to stay safe, make quick money and claim the city for yourself – using whatever methods you feel are necessary. Hijack cars, steal drugs, trash hotel rooms, murder citizens, blow up boats, listen to the 9 radio stations, set people on fire, throw bricks & rocks, shoot rockets and otherwise behave like a terrible person much like you can in other open world games. This game features a vast and vibrant city rendered in top down 3D. It includes nearly a hundred unique vehicles, 26 different weapons & 2 hours of exclusive in-game radio. Feel free to explore the place and cause havoc! Everything in this game is a work of fiction and is not made to represent or identify any particular individual, company or organization. Any similarities in any events, speech or other things shown in this game are coincidental. Fionn and Behemoth do not endorse any of the behavior depicted in this game.
Installation Instructions
- Click the green button below to be redirected to UploadHaven.com.
- Wait 15 seconds, then click on the “free download” button. Allow the file transfer to complete (note that speeds may be slower with the free plan; upgrading to UploadHaven Pro will increase speeds).
- Once the transfer is complete, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to Total Anarchy: Pavilion City” (To do this you must have 7-Zip, which you can get here).
- Open the folder that you just extracted and run the game as administrator.
- Enjoy the game! If you encounter any missing DLL errors, check the Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all necessary programs.

_Redistor_CommonRedistfolder in the game directory and install DirectX, Vcredist, and other dependencies. - Use 7-Zip to extract files: If you receive a “file corrupted” error, re-download and extract again.
