Game Overview
The Rebellion’s main concept is blending traditional RTS elements with 3rd person action. You can change your camera at any time to possess your hero, build structures, or give orders. You have the option to equip every single unit in your army with whatever weapons and armor you want; including your hero. Each armor set has different benefits that make your units more powerful, but slower. The right gear can turn a friendly unit into a miniboss waiting for your command! Key features:
- Take Control from Above or Join the Battlefield: Command armies from afar or lead your warriors up close and personal with a specialized hero unit. You can quickly change your perspective to fight in 3rd person, then seamlessly transition to RTS view to build your base, manage units, or craft equipment!
- Limitless Individual Unit Equipment Customization: You make the decisions for the composition of your army down to the weapons and armor your men use. Each unit can be outfitted as you see fit quickly and simply.
- Knock Down and Poise System: Units can be staggered or knocked down based on the size and weight of a weapon! Units recovering from being knocked down are extremely vulnerable! The armor a unit is wearing can also increase its resiliency.
- Wave Defense Survival: Hone your skills alone or online with friends in a randomized wave defense mode. Put your strategic ability to the ultimate test against hordes of increasingly difficult AI’s. They will throw everything at you! How long can you survive?
Installation Instructions
- Click the green button below to be redirected to UploadHaven.com.
- Wait 15 seconds, then click on the “free download” button. Allow the file transfer to complete (note that speeds may be slower with the free plan; upgrading to UploadHaven Pro will increase speeds).
- Once the transfer is complete, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to The Rebellion” (To do this you must have 7-Zip, which you can get here).
- Open the folder that you just extracted and run the game as administrator.
- Enjoy the game! If you encounter any missing DLL errors, check the Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all necessary programs.

- Check for missing DLL files: Navigate to the
_Redistor_CommonRedistfolder in the game directory and install DirectX, Vcredist, and other dependencies. - Use 7-Zip to extract files: If you receive a “file corrupted” error, re-download and extract again.
