VILE is back on the scene, and for once, ACME and Carmen Sandiego have a common enemy. In a rare and temporary alliance, the world’s greatest thief must track down the syndicate before they can pull off their next big heist. Rookie gumshoes and seasoned detectives are invited to put their sleuthing skills to the test whether it’s in the narrative driven main campaign or the classic mode ‘The Acme Files’.

- GEAR UP GUMSHOE: A great thief is only as good as her tools. Glide across rooftops, grapple between buildings, and switch between night vision, UV, and thermal to track suspects and find hidden clues.
- SOLVE CAPERS: Use quick thinking and detective skills to decode messages, crack safes, and outwit VILE operatives before they disappear. Every choice impacts your mission, so act fast!
- CAPTURE VILE: Use clues, interviews, and the ACME CrimeNet Database to profile and identify VILE operatives. But remember, a warrant is essential before making any arrests! Will you crack the case and bring VILE to justice, or will they evade capture?
Installation Instructions
- Click the green button below to be redirected to UploadHaven.com.
- Wait 15 seconds, then click on the “free download” button. Allow the file transfer to complete (note that speeds may be slower with the free plan; upgrading to UploadHaven Pro will increase speeds).
- Once the transfer is complete, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to Carmen Sandiego” (To do this you must have 7-Zip, which you can get here).
- Open the folder that you just extracted and run the game as administrator.
- Enjoy the game! If you encounter any missing DLL errors, check the Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all necessary programs.
