You inherit a shopping center in the middle of the desert, an oasis for your customers crossing this hot road. Renovate it, make your own products in your expandable underground laboratory! Your Shopping Center is autonomous, manage your production of electricity, water, oil, resources.
- Build your LABORATORY: Manufacture numerous industrial machines for your personal and commercial production! Expand your underground laboratory without limits. From the mine, to the ores, to the foundry, to manufacture advanced components essential to your development! Freely place your constructions, and destroy them to better organize your space!
- Set up your SHOP: Thanks to numerous construction plans, arrange your shop to perfection! Sell many products previously manufactured in your laboratory! Automate your payment checkouts. Improvements are available to boost your sales!
- Expand your PARKING: Build a parking lot for your customers using materials previously made in your laboratory! Equip your parking spaces with ticketing to charge your customers! Improve their comfort and earn more money!
- Industrial autonomy: You are cut off from the rest of the world! Thanks to numerous technologies, manage your production of electricity, water, oil and raw materials!
- Roadmap: Next updates to come: Gas station, car wash, laundromat, computer store, car garage, hotel, pets, arcade, clothing section, restaurant!
Installation Instructions
- Click the green button below to be redirected to UploadHaven.com.
- Wait 15 seconds, then click on the “free download” button. Allow the file transfer to complete (note that speeds may be slower with the free plan; upgrading to UploadHaven Pro will increase speeds).
- Once the transfer is complete, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to Center Station Simulator” (To do this you must have 7-Zip, which you can get here).
- Open the folder that you just extracted and run the game as administrator.
- Enjoy the game! If you encounter any missing DLL errors, check the Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all necessary programs.

🛠 Easy Setup Guide
- Check for missing DLL files: Navigate to the
_Redistor_CommonRedistfolder in the game directory and install DirectX, Vcredist, and other dependencies. - Use 7-Zip to extract files: If you receive a “file corrupted” error, re-download and extract again.
- Run as Administrator: Right-click the game’s executable file and select “Run as Administrator” to avoid save issues.
