Get ready for a (disgusting) dive into true ‘80s trash horror! “Poop Killer – Flush or Die” brings back the filthiest killer of all time, now in a crazier, bloodier, and absolutely hilarious experience! With an authentic VHS look, a gross-out horror atmosphere, and a ridiculously disturbing story, this game is a tribute to the golden era of trash horror, blending scares, guts, and toilet humor like never before! If you already know the legend of the Poop Killer, you know he doesn’t forgive those who dirty the throne and run away without flushing… Now the question is: will you survive or become fertilizer?
Bob and Case just wanted a quiet night… but fate (and a clogged toilet) had other plans. In the suburbs of New York, 1985, two weed dealers are enjoying their night with food, smoke, and settling a few scores. But when a clueless friend ignores an important warning and decides to take a dump in a broken toilet, the nightmare begins. The Poop Killer has escaped from the asylum. He’s out there. And he doesn’t forgive. Now, Bob and Case must survive a night of absolute insanity, where one wrong move could be their last.

GAMEPLAY: Basically an immersive and atmospheric walking simulator with combat and first-person shooter elements. A return to the trash horror films of the 80s, with nostalgic visuals.
Installation Instructions
- Click the green button below to be redirected to UploadHaven.com.
- Wait 15 seconds, then click on the “free download” button. Allow the file transfer to complete (note that speeds may be slower with the free plan; upgrading to UploadHaven Pro will increase speeds).
- Once the transfer is complete, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to Poop Killer - Flush or Die” (To do this you must have 7-Zip, which you can get here).
- Open the folder that you just extracted and run the game as administrator.
- Enjoy the game! If you encounter any missing DLL errors, check the Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all necessary programs.
